A Period of Testing

Hi, everyone, I decided instead of posting another video, I will write and encourage you further, on the Chapter- A Period of Testing, in my book Five Steps to Draw Closer to God.  The chapter on, A Period of Testing, is basically informing you that you will have trials and tribulations and you will be tested, on your journey to draw closer to God. However, in your journey lies victory. God is rejoicing over your decision to draw close to Him, but the devil is preparing to distract you, discourage you and outright fight with you spiritually. You have to be prepared and put on you whole armor that God has provided for us, with the word of God. Eph 6:10-17 (NIV) ...Be strong in the Lord and in his mighty power. Put on the full armour of God so that you can take your stand against the devil's schemes. For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms. Therefore put on the full armour of God, so that when the day of evil comes, you may be able to stand your ground, and after you have done everything, to stand. Stand firm then, with the belt of truth buckled round your waist, with the breastplate of righteousness in place, and with your feet fitted with the readiness that comes from the gospel of peace. In addition to all this, take up the shield of faith, with which you can extinguish all the flaming arrows of the evil one. Take the helmet of salvation and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God. You have all you need to fight back. I encourage you to continue drawing closer to God, fight back and receive your Victory through Christ. ~ Be Blessed.
