The Good
Water a.k.a H2O
Sometimes I think some people take water for granted. It’s usually the last choice of beverage for people and many people wait until they are thirsty to drink it. However, we cannot live without water and many people have died because of water. The brain itself contains about 70% of water. So, what’s so good about water? Water helps regulate our body temperature, most important it transports oxygen to your cells, organs and throughout our body. It also helps eliminates waste from our body. Your kidney cannot function properly without water. Overall water is the safest, natural and better drink for a healthy lifestyle. Next time you see water, see life, your life.
Tea
Tea anyone? I actually like tea and it has been my coffee replacement. There are hundreds of different teas and many of them have life changing benefits. For instance green tea, is known to reduce cancer. My favorite green tea is Sencha, a Japanese green tea. Ginger tea is know to help with the digestive system. Chamomile tea is good for in Insomnia and other sleep disorders. In almost any tea you can find, they will be some health benefits. Coffee just can’t compare! Tea is the ultimate healthy choice other than water when it comes to drinking.
Natural Juice
The thought of juicing for some it out of the question. I myself don’t enjoy juicing, only because of the juicer that I had. However, once I find one that is hassle free, I will go back to juicing, until then I practically live at Jamba Juice! If you are a person who doesn’t like to eat your fruits and vegetables, juicing will be perfect for you and the health benefits are endless. I now prefer naturally juiced drinks over store brought juices. For those who are concern with weight, juicing is a good meal replacement. It’s nutritious, tasty and just writing about it makes me want to run out and get me some Jamba Juice. For more on Jamba Juice check out their site and be sure to stop by http://www.jamaicajuice.com/
Did you know? You can live without food for several weeks, yet you can only go less than a week without water.
