Work it Out

I personally did not like exercising, until I found certain things I like the most. For instance, in the gym I prefer to use elliptical, treadmill and the bicycle. For fun I enjoyed dance classes, zumba and core rhythms and for my down time I like Pilates. You have to find what works for you or you will get discouraged. I know because I’ve been there; where my work out was so boring, I never returned to the Gym for years. Then I started trying other things. Moreover, there are other options for keeping fit, such as, Martial Arts, Kickboxing, Swimming, Tennis and many more activities to keep your body active.


Overall a healthy lifestyle is about mentally making healthy choices and evaluating your goals in life. Whether your goals are to lose weight, stay healthy, a medical issue, healthy eating is always the best way to go and actively moving your buns can only do you good! Even when we are taking care of your Spiritual life our Physical one is just as important. Until next time, Stay Healthy & Fit!
